Julia from 21c had the honour of sharing the stage with the Prime Minister of Lithuania at this year's High Level Conference on E-government Issues: „Where We Are, Where Are We Going“, organized in the context of the Lithuanian Presidency of the EU. 

The only private sector speaker on stage, she delivered a keynote address on the future of eGovernment before government representatives and EU policymakers from across Europe.  Presenting the case of Citadel on the Move, Julia focused on the importance of mobile apps and geo-location in improving public service delivery and urged eGovernment leaders to innovate and experiment.  'Sometimes all it takes to drive powerful change is a big vision and willingness to take a risk,' she argued.
